This was a really special wedding for me. One of the mothers of the bride is a stand-in mother figure for me through my church, and she was the one who contacted me about shooting Beth and Liz's big day. When you know the family, there's a lot of extra pressure to do well (where's the monkey covering their eyes emoji when you need it??) As it turned out, I didn't need to be nervous whatsoever - Beth and Liz are so laid back. They trusted in all of their vendors completely, and truly just wanted to celebrate their love with the people closest to them and that's it, period.
